My Girlfriend Thinks I'm Inconsistent and Call Me a Liar

So my girlfriend thinks I'm inconsistent and call me a liar. Of course I have a different view on the matter than she does.

Example: We woke up and started a plan for the day. I was going to walk her dog and she was going to wash dishes except for the mini grill. It was raining so we decided i was going to do a short walk instead of the normal 1 mile we do because of the health issues the dog has. When i got outside, shortly into the walk, it stopped raining and became very nice out. I decided to take the dog on the 1 mile walk instead of just letting her out to potty. I came home to being called a [B]liar[/B]. Told I'm [B]inconsistent[/B] and my [B]actions need to follow my words. [/B]

Am I a liar? Should I be talked down to for doing something if felt was right?

You aren't a liar. However, you need to convincing tell her what happened just as you have done here.

The only reason she could conclude that you are a liar is if you have lied to her in the past. Hence, she can't believe anything you say again. If that's the case, you need to work on making her trust you again.
