as many of you know am building a workshop at home and have questions on space.
1. mitre saw setup: was wondering how you could go about having a mitre saw bench setup where you lay huge lengths of timber to cut like the local mens shed in your shed at home that doesnt really have space for a permanent setup.
is there portable setups that do same job but allow you to put the mitre saw on a shelf and fold table up when finished.
2. metal saw: same as question 1, also could a table for metal work be made where it can be folded up when finished.
3. timber for frame work: was wondering where to get good secondhand timber and how to ask for a cheaper price if you cant always afford the full costs.
feel like am at same time getting there or starting to, got a separate booster for a fm radio antenna which will only get used to test radios after fixing them to make sure fm and am work and the cables are connected to the fm booster and just need a fm antenna and a pole for it, and still need to get the tv antenna and booster for that and the cable.
plus need to get the cb radio antennas to mount for testing.
plug someone at the same mens shed gave free hammer lock shelves so got the bits in there.
and if the 10ft caravan build goes ahead and its framed and the outside is done then will be able to store the parts that are bought for it in it so theyre there until fitting.
also how do you take on a leaders position at a place you work or volunteer at as that may be only way to be a manager of a department which is better than nothing and how do you do work without insurance and may be a alternative to running a full business at least for now.
as for entitlement, you lot are probably right that people today especially younger generations feel entitled like world owes you something which might explain why people today sue people for minor issues causing insurance costs to go up and the extra insurance requirements and also why ceos and leaders of financial markets are getting greedier which causes prices to go up while they look to maintain profits, also the entitlement might explain why school leavers today think they know everything and want the best job straight after study and not start at bottom like younger gen x and older millennials did.
which generation do you lot think is the most entitled, they say gen z because its 21st century and gen z is current generation of those ages and what are the reasons for that, the owner of a beauty place employs people about 18-21 and she said they are so entitled, they cant be bothered cleaning toasters and one took products the belonged to the shop home for a side thing and said theres no more of something and owner asked where is it, it cant be run out already.
