Should I cut my losses and move on?

Hi All

I really like this guy who I met at a common recreational events centre we both go to. He's very nice and incredibly good looking. I often received mixed signals as to whether he liked me. He did the following things which made me think he was into me:
- always in my personal space when we were talking
- found excuses to touch me (not in a creepy way), but just subtly;
- he would move to the same locations as me even if we were not interacting with each other.

On the other hand he did the following things which made me question whether he was actually into me:
- he always call me "mate" which is something you would call girls who you consider to be "just friends". This is very widely understood.
- He doesn't really interact with me on social media either. We have added each other on our networks, but we don't interact.

Recently I uploaded a photo of me and my other guy mate out for an event together. My crush does not know that we were just friends. However ever since that photo was uploaded he started to completely ignore me. He doesn't even say hi anymore.

Was he ever into me? Did I read the wrong signals? What should I do?

He was into you all this while but never expressed his feelings. He is simply jealous now because he feels you have began dating another guy. Guys who are shy to tell a girl how they feel about them do this all the time.

You might want to initiate a conversation with him the next time you see him. This will help to make him relax and free with you again.

He likes you but never told you. Probably because he was shy or wanted you to initiate the move.

So, just like Ella said, find a way to initiate a conversation with him when next you see him. He's simply jealous!

However, don't say anything about the picture you uploaded, basically a general conversation about life.
