Something tragic happened to our family a year ago. I lost my wife, the mother of my child. She was battling cancer for the span of 6 months and it was really heartbreaking. We did a lot of chemotherapy but we ended up losing her.

I’m left with a kid I don’t even know how to give him the care only a mother can. Now, he’s been yearning for his mom. He needs a mother. This left me stunned, confused and concerned, to be honest, I don’t know how to address this! I even talked to my friends and one suggested about committing myself with dating tours or dating foreign events, I like the idea but I still need to decide about it. Do you guys think joining such form of dating will satisfy my son’s yearning for a mom? Will I be able to fall in love again if I do?

No other woman can take the place of a mother in your sons life. If you are joining a dating site, it's for your happiness and not his.

What you can do now is to give him so much care that he will love you like a father and a mother.

how old are you and son? do you have specific ethnicity and age requirements for new woman? best bet is a single mom to meet the challenge.

difficult challenge to find a woman that you will desire and will a good stepmother at same time.

Your son needs a father. The older he gets the more he needs a father rather than a mother. Sons need to learn to be men and the best place to learn that is from a father.

Why a dating tour instead of going on Plenty of Fish, Meetme, Tinder, Facebook groups? Some place with local women unless you are looking for a wife/nanny that will cook clean and be your slave?
