How to fix my online dating as nothing works? please help

Hi i keep getting stuck with dating it has been this way for the past 3 years plus, i meet a girl have a chat (online or in person) get to know each other arrange to meet up then i get blocked (my number or online) i am not being push or needy as i would understand, if a girl came on a date and didn't like me i would under stand. it is the same circle constantly. please help me.
