I have little to say and am quiet around groups of people, One thing you said REALLY hit home: A girl asked me one time "Don't you say ANYTHING???" It hit me so hard 'cause I was trying SO hard to say something, but couldn't. Her comment shut my confidence (which is very low to begin with) down big time. In my case tho, the WAY she said it was not a 'hey that's ok" comment.
My shyness has really prevented me from getting women. I'm not confident enough to put myself out there, and have very few girlfriends in my life, and I'm much older than you. I hope your words can help them, because if they don't find a way to be confident in themselves, they will live a life of misery - I'm proof of that and it's too late for me.
But keep trying to help others. Maybe you can save other shy guys like me from a sad, lonely life like I've had.
