Hi
was wondering what else you can do to be a leader at a local club or be your own boss.
still working on everything and insurance is biggest thing and can’t afford insurance until making enough to cover those costs and that’s what’s putting off things.
also doing things for aging grandparents as well.
how else would you afford insurance for part time business and not run yourself short until business starts making enough to cover those costs which no one knows how long it’ll take.
also not sure how to go about it without affecting pension, how do you manage it and the reporting without effecting pension as you can work part time for someone else and no reduction or effects if under certain income and hours.
how do you take on leaders position without working excessively.
also if someone would like you to test for coronavirus before coming to their club for a certain time can you and how do you do a dodgy test so you can say you’ve done it and so it feels like it’s gone back to 80s/90s where none of that was a thing.
could you just say you done it and not do test
will the coronavirus thing ever be a thing of past or is getting exemptions only way and how do you do that (not that you really bother anymore)
that’s one of the many many reasons for wanting to be own boss and/or take on a manager/leaders position at a club or whatever.
it’s only been a couple months since leaving the old job and realise things will take time and still feel behind because of staying too long.
why would last generations stay too long in a job that they knew was time but kept going and new generations just move on sooner as soon as they know it’s time wether they got anything lined up or not
If anyone is able to reply soon as possible that’d be great
