"DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" Problem

For a few days, I've been occasionally getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN in Chrome. The most recent issue is with accessing a Web page. I've disabled/enabled my network connection and also rebooted my router but won't work.
Does anyone have any idea what could cause this error and how to solve the problem?
