Relative got ill. Should I go back?

I’m currently on tour abroad for an international dating event and I just got the news that my relative got sick back home. I don’t know how these things go. I don’t really want to waste the money I spent coming here but I don’t want to just stay put knowing that a family member isn’t doing well. Kind of having a morality vs financial issue here. What can I do to cancel my trip? Should I just push through and take the next plane home right after I’m done?

You should only consider going back if there is nobody back home to take care of the sick relative. Otherwise, stay back and enjoy your trip.

Life is more important here. Money is something you can always have. I will advice you forget about your trip and take care of the sick relative.
