I think i need back my ex... he said he still loves m but the problem is he has already moved on. How do i win him back?

Here are a few simple tips to learn how to get your ex back even if he has moved on and found another woman, even if he doesn't appear to be interested anymore, it can be turned around in your favor.

1. One of the first things that you need to do is find a way to convince him that he still wants to be with you. There are things that can be done at this point, unless of course if he really really doesn't want anything to do with you.

2. The best thing that you can do is to just be his friend. By just being a friend you will be able to show him that you understand him and that you can be around him with out it being an issue. Have a joke around with him, just be yourself and be a really good friend to him. Once all the stress of the relationship breaking up has gone, he may realize that he wants you back again.

3. One of the important things to do is to make sure that you do not act desperate around him, that is one sure way of pushing him away further. You want to let him know that you are cool with everything that has happened, and that you have started the process of moving on. If you act desperate, things won't work out the way that you want them to.

These are just the beginning steps to winning your ex back, but it also gives you a great start to get your thought processes going. Helping you think of the things that happened and why they happened.

Some of the tips I give may seem a little strange or counter intuitive, but they have worked for many different people so I'm confident that they will work for you as well.

Alright, the first thing you need to do is update your image a little... Not your physical image so much as your personality traits; how your ex views you as a person. You want to be the best choice so that your ex boyfriend realizes the error of his ways. Doing this will make it easier to get him back even if he is seeing a new girlfriend.

When we talk about updating your image, you don't have to change your whole personality... It's more or less just being more independent, more confident, more positive, and overall just more fun to be around.

Your ex already has history with you so it is not that hard to get your ex back even if he has a new girlfriend because 1.) he's more comfortable with you 2.) if he just recently met his new girlfriend things are probably still moving pretty slow.

As long as your ex is still in the beginning stages with his new girlfriend it can be relatively easy to get him back... If they've been together for quite some time and sparks are flying then it will be a little more difficult.

If your ex has been with his girlfriend for a long time it actually gets easier to get back with him because he starts to get bored with his current situation and you can swoop in and spice things up a little.

To get your ex's attention you're going to have to use some under the radar tactics at first. If you both share mutual friends then that's your first step. Hang out with those friends and do something fun and unique; make sure they take pictures or at least a fun enough time where you can be pretty sure they'll want to talk about it.

The strategy is that the friends will enjoy themselves so much they'll more then likely end up talking to your ex and tell him how much fun they had with you... This in turn will raise his level of attraction for you because you are now seen as the fun girl.

This works especially well if his current girlfriend is being a little boring. You'd be amazed at how easy it is to get your ex back even if he has a girlfriend just by doing this. You can also do the same thing with your own friends just add the pictures to your Facebook page...
