Why can't she see I've moved on & not interested?

I am a bus driver & my ex gets on my bus 3 times a week. Whenever she gets on I look outside the window as she flashes her pass, showing her that I've moved on from her but she always says thank you. Why does she even bother saying thank you when I've clearly showed her I'm not interested

It's obvious she still wants the relationship, hence she craves attention from you. Keep giving her the signal that you have moved on, and she will move on soon.
