I am in a long distance relationship. I'm from the UK and she is from Australia, we have known each other for around 10 years but only recenly decided to make it official and try the whole LDR thing and give us a go. We have met already, she came over to the UK in 2015 and we spent 12 days together in London and we had the best time. I'm fairly certain she is 'the one' ive booked a flight to see her in April for 5 weeks next year but I'm wondering if I should have a smaller trip sooner to her as well? I have enough saved which I planned for April to get a ticket but I would have no money to spend of my own and would rely on her to support me which she said she would do no problem. My problem is I'm very uneasy with this and fear I would worry too much about the lack of funds and the resulting less money I would be able to save for when April comes round. Should I throw caution to the wind and go see her soon or wait until April when I know I'll have a healthy balance to enjoy my time properly with her? Any advice from anyone at all would be outstanding

I would advice you to be patient and wait till April when you know it will be convenient for you.

I know exactly what's going through your head and heart. You miss her so much that you just can't wait till April to see her, but it will be better to wait till April. You already know that you won't have sufficient money for yourself when you visit her now, so don't take the risk.
