Hi there,
I’ve been talking to this guy from America, but, I live all the way across the world in Europe. I’m a guy, and so is he, yes, I’m bisexual.
We haven’t been talking for too long, around 3 weeks so far I’d say. We’re both crazy in love, atleast that’s what I think. We text/call everyday and honestly I love him more than some other real life partners I’ve had before.
We really hope to meet eachother but cannot do so at the moment because of financial reasons and because we’re both mainly busy with college etc.
Recently, I’ve noticed that he’s been acting a little differently. He hasn’t got that same vibe we used to have whenever we text/call. Some times he sends really blunt replies and it slightly worries me because I feel as if he doesn’t want me anymore. Or maybe I’m just overthinking it?
I don’t know why this is, maybe it’s just a normal thing in a long distance relationship? I don’t want to lose him.
We spoke about it and he told me he really loves me but he thinks it’s best to take a break/stay as friends for a while if we want to be able to retain a relationship with eachother in the future. He also says the reason this might have happened is because we jumped into the relationship a little too fast without getting to know eachother properly at first.
Don’t know whether to believe he actually still loves me anymore or just doesn’t want to be rude and break up? Maybe it’s best to give him some space so we can both regrow the connection we once used to have when we first started talking.
