Im new here. I have an issue. Hope you can help. My GF's ex has been sending her texts like "Can I come over", "Do you miss me" "Do you want to meet me" etc for a solid year. She maintains its best to not respond but she has responded even when its a simple No thanks etc. She even told him that her daughter(not his) still asked about him. She has never said she has a boyfriend, or set boundaries. He literally sent these messages last month after a year of sending them. It makes me feel disrespected that she isn't doing more or just blocking the guy. Problem solved. It makes me think she might want the attention as this has happened with a couple others as well. Perhaps she is breadcrumbing him. Im starting to not trust her. Am I crazy.

Your girlfriend isn't committed to the relationship you have with her. The fact is that if she values what you have with her, she will do anything to protect it and that includes completely cutting off all tiles with her ex.

I'll suggest you make it clear to her that she needs to choose between you or her ex.

From my point of view, I think she still has feelings for him hence she's finding it difficult to block him. This is a treat to your relationship, so you need to have a one-on-one talk with her to find out her thoughts.
