So, we were colleagues with him at work. He tried to be very friendly near me, way too much energetic. We became "best friends' at work.. he also stared showing some sexual interests (tried to touch my leg, hair, play with me and hold). I fell in love, told him, but he rejected and confirmed that we are friends, but he don't want to to lose me and want to stay as it is. After a month I moved to another work, he also.
After more than a year he wrote me and asked me to go out for a movie. I agreed, we had a really great time, like there was no gap between our friendship. After a week we met one more time at my place, cooked dinner and watched movie... That is strange, that he eventually ca,e back, also he is not very active at writing/calling, just me checking up on him every three days.. Do you also think is just bored, spending time with me just because have nothing to do more?
P.S some people told me, that he may like me, but scared of the difference in age. I am 21, he is 31.

I don't think he's scared of the age difference. If he likes you enough to be in a love relationship with, age woundn't be a barrier for him.

So, I'll advice you don't take the initiative, but allow him direct the relationship. If he now loves you more than a friend, he'll definitely make it known.

I don't think he's bored. He definitely likes you but might not want to be in a relationship with you. He probably just likes you as a friend.
