How Do I Get A Conversation About How Our Relationship Will Proceed

I'm in some kind of "relationship" with a guy, we're friends but it's no secret that we like each other in a completely different way we just haven't put any kind of boyfriend girlfriend label on it for some reasons. Anyways I have strong feelings for him and I very much think they're reciprocated. He's moving to another country (England) in the beginning of 2017 and staying there for approximately 6 months. I've tried multiple times to have a conversation about it but he doesn't seem to want it... How do I get a conversation about how our relationship will proceed during his time there? Please help I honestly don't know what to do...

Key to a good relationship is just honesty. you don't need to act a certain way or give "signs" and so on. Just speak. Learn this if you want to have a successful marriage in the future. even if you get an answer you don't like, you will save a lot of time for yourself.

It is not easy to let someone know that you like him, most especially if you are traumatized about being rejected or embarrassed in the past. Yet there are non-verbal ways to express your feelings to someone. If you want to subtly let a guy know that you do like him, here's what you should do:

Text and email him often.
He'll surely know that you like him, when you always make it a point to get in touch with him. Communicating with him will make him feel that you truly care. Just don't overdo this gesture, though or he might just think you're his stalker.

Shower him with attention and affection.
It is crucial that you shower him with your attention to let him know what you truly feel. If you are in a group, make sure you listen to him when he speaks even if everyone ignores him.

Tell him you'll keep him company, each time he needs you.
Let this guy know that you are just around even when the times go bad. Knowing that you're there for him will cement the fact that you do like him.

Give him something you know he likes.
The most obvious manifestation of your affection for him is when you would begin buying him special gifts. It doesn't matter if it's just a simple, blue tie or a personalized mug. Let this guy know that you think he's someone special, by giving him something he would really like.

Ask him if he needs help with anything.
Always let him know that you are willing to help him with anything. Don't ever make him feel that you're too busy to give him a helping hand.

Tell him you think he's great and you enjoy every moment that you're together.
You do not have to explicitly tell the guy you like him but you can use other words to let him know. For instance, tell him you think he's a great guy. After a nice time together, tell him you absolutely enjoyed the day with him. He would surely take the hint and if he likes you, too, then he'll probably start courting you after this.

Prove that body language works.
Lastly, you can use the power of your body to get your message across. Flirt by using your eyes and your body. Guys are sensitive to flirting and flattery so brace yourself once he understands what you're trying to hint.
