My grandma told me this a couple of days after my grandpa passed away.
Back when they were young, my grandma worked as both a maid and as a nana in some rich dude's house, and my grandpa worked in the house next door.
Everyday my grandpa would wait to see her come back from leaving the kids at school, he would run from one side to the house to the other just to see her, until one day, he saw her in the kid's room and began to threw pebbles at the window until he opened it, immediately he began to sing for her making her blush, but she listen to his song.
After that my grandma would leave the window open in hopes to hear him sing again, sometimes she would sing for him or they would do it together.
Then one day my grandpa found her on the street and asked her to run away with him, he told her he didn't had much, just a tiny house, little money and the bicycle he was driving.
Three months later they came back to announce she was pregnant and that they where getting married.
What got me, was that my grandfather loved my grandma's voice and his last request was to be able to sing with his beautiful wife one last time
