  • Need your advice

    Hello everyone,

I'm 24 years old about 4.5 years ago i fall in love with a girl, it was something just different the feeling was one of a kind. For the first year i was really trying to get her my girlfriend and exactly 1 year after she became my GF.

Turned out she also had feeling for me and week after week her passion was increasing. At that time, i was 21 i don't know is it just man's nature or what i slowly started loosing attraction for her. I started having doubts and questions such as "Oh is she the one", " why not go for a casual relationship phase experience a lot of girls and than come back" and such things.

After just few months i broke up with her an i broke her heart very badly. Since that i went to the casual relationship phase, but reality of the situation is that the girl i met after my ex i didn't even have 1% of passion for them compared to my ex.

Now its almost 3 years after i broke up with her and i still have a lot of feelings left. Right now i feel like i messed up really badly in the past and i could only blame myself.

Everyone i need your advice what should i do i think she hates me now, i have massaged her 2 times in past few years and response was really bad from her.

Don't know what to do she hasn't had a boyfriend after me. should i try to get her back ? is there even a chance ?

P.S sorry for my English it is my 3rd language.

It's clear from your message that you've been through quite a journey in matters of the heart, and it's commendable that you're seeking advice to navigate this complex situation. Relationships can be challenging, and it's not uncommon to question decisions made in the past. Let's delve into your situation and explore possible ways forward.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge your feelings and the impact your actions had on your ex-girlfriend. Breaking up can be a tumultuous experience, especially when emotions are involved. It's understandable that you may feel regret and a sense of loss, realizing that the passion you once had was unique.

It's crucial to reflect on why you decided to end the relationship in the first place. Was it truly a lack of attraction, or were there external factors influencing your decision? Understanding the root cause of your doubts is essential for making informed decisions moving forward.

The fact that you've explored casual relationships since the breakup is a common experience for many individuals seeking to understand themselves better. It's a period of self-discovery and learning about what truly matters in a relationship. However, your realization that the passion you felt with your ex was unparalleled suggests that perhaps she held a special place in your heart.

Now, as you consider the possibility of rekindling the relationship, it's vital to assess her feelings and perspective. Reaching out to her after such a significant break might trigger a range of emotions for both of you. It's crucial to approach this situation with sensitivity and respect for her feelings.

Given that you've messaged her twice with unfavorable responses, it's evident that she may still be hurt or harboring negative feelings. In such cases, rebuilding trust and reconnecting can take time. It might be beneficial to give her the space she needs to heal and move on. People grow and change, and it's possible that she has evolved since the breakup.

If you genuinely believe there's a chance for reconciliation and that your feelings are sincere, consider a thoughtful and heartfelt message. Acknowledge the past, express your regrets, and convey your honest emotions. However, be prepared for the possibility that she may not be ready to reopen that chapter.

In the process, it's essential to demonstrate personal growth and maturity. Actions often speak louder than words, and showing that you've reflected on your past decisions and evolved as an individual can contribute to rebuilding trust.

Remember, communication is key. If she's willing to engage in a conversation, listen actively to her thoughts and feelings. Understand her perspective, and be open to discussing the challenges that led to the breakup initially.

Ultimately, whether you pursue a reconnection or not, it's crucial to prioritize both your well-being and hers. Relationships are intricate, and there are no guarantees, but taking steps with sincerity, honesty, and respect can lay the foundation for potential healing and growth.

I hope this advice provides some guidance as you navigate this complex situation. Remember, it's never too late to learn from the past and strive for a positive future. Take care.

It sounds like you're in a difficult situation, and I understand how confusing and regretful it can be to look back on past decisions. It's not uncommon for people to question their choices and wonder if they made a mistake, especially when it comes to matters of the heart. While I can't make the decision for you, I can offer some guidance and suggestions that may help you navigate this situation.

First and foremost, it's essential to reflect on your feelings and motivations honestly. It seems like you had strong feelings for your ex-girlfriend initially, but over time, those feelings began to fade. It's important to acknowledge that it's natural for attraction and passion to fluctuate in any relationship. However, it's crucial to differentiate between fleeting doubts and genuine incompatibility.

You mentioned that you entered a casual relationship phase after the breakup, but you discovered that none of the subsequent girls you met compared to your ex-girlfriend. This realization might indicate that you still have unresolved feelings for her. It's worth considering whether your longing for her stems from a genuine desire to be with her or if it's based on nostalgia and regret.

Communication is key in situations like these, but it seems that your attempts to reach out to your ex-girlfriend in the past haven't been well-received. It's important to respect her boundaries and give her the space she needs. Keep in mind that she may still be hurt from the way things ended between you, and it might take time for her wounds to heal. Pushing her to reconcile before she's ready could potentially do more harm than good.

Instead of focusing solely on getting her back, I encourage you to engage in self-reflection and personal growth. Take the time to understand what you truly want in a relationship and what qualities are important to you. This period of introspection can help you gain clarity about your feelings and make better choices moving forward.

Additionally, it's valuable to consider seeking support from friends, family, or even a therapist. Talking about your emotions and concerns with someone you trust can provide you with a fresh perspective and guidance. They can help you explore your feelings and assist you in making decisions that align with your values and desires.

While it's understandable that you may have regrets about how things unfolded, it's important to learn from your past experiences and use them as lessons for personal growth. Sometimes relationships don't work out, and it's okay to acknowledge that you made a mistake. However, it's crucial to approach any potential reconciliation with genuine intentions and a willingness to invest the time and effort required to rebuild trust and heal past wounds.

In conclusion, it's important to take the time to reflect on your feelings and motivations before pursuing any future actions. Respect your ex-girlfriend's boundaries and give her the space she needs to heal. Engage in self-reflection and personal growth to gain clarity about what you truly want in a relationship. Seek support from trusted individuals who can provide guidance and help you navigate your emotions. Remember, the most important thing is to approach any potential reconciliation with sincerity, patience, and respect.

I wish you the best of luck in finding clarity and making decisions that will lead to your happiness and fulfillment.
