    How Do I Know Where My PC Muscles Are?


    The easiest way to find them is to stop your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to isolate them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. However you decide to find them, once they are found you need to practice feeling exactly where they are located - it is easy to overcompensate for weak muscles by using the abdominal, buttocks or thighs. These must all stay relaxed when doing Kegal exercises for men.

    Now, on to the daily Kegel exercises for men.

    Note: These exercises are done hands-free. You do not “squeeze” anything with your hands as they are all done with your PC muscles.

    Kegel Session 1

    Exercise A

    Sets: 3

    Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.

    When Can I Do Kegels?

      There are many factors that can cause a man to have a small penis. Some factors can't be helped, while some factors can be prevented. Here's a list of some factors that can decrease penis size:

      1) Circumcision - Circumcision is a big cause of a smaller penis. The reason for this is that when the foreskin is removed from the penis, it usually leads to scarring. Skin and penile tissue that has been scarred will be less elastic and will typically "shrink" up (and get smaller) when a scar is formed. Some estimates are that men who are circumcised lose an average of 5% of their penile length. Strangely enough, the companies and industries that profit from circumcision state that there is no scarring nor loss of penis length when a man's penis is circumcised.

      2) Scarring Due to Injury or Burns - Getting your manhood caught in your zipper, excessive masturbation, and other injuries can also make the penis smaller. Because of the sensitive nature of the penile tissues and skin, they can be easily injured. I had a friend who stepped on his dog's tail in the dead of night. The dog jumped up, clenched down on his penis, and bit into it. After a trip to the hospital (no stitches), and once he healed up, what was the result?       6) Genetics - Your DNA is the template for the size of your penis. If your genetic code dictates a bit smaller penis, then it's your genes which may be the culprit.

          Probably you have some hormonal problems. You should see the doctor. If it's a case of low testosterone level, it's better for you to take some herbal enhancers at first while you following all the advices above (Kegel exercises, a Healthy way of life, etc.). And only If those won't help try viagra, Prozac etc.

            There is so much misinformation and so many bogus products surrounding penis enlargement that when they discover the solution, no one will believe. So here goes; any male can permanently increase length and girth in the same way a bodybuilder adds mass and becomes larger. As you stress tissue, the body goes into a natural process of creating new cells making you larger.
