Husband's bad habit drives me nuts

My husband has a bad habit that drives me nuts,chewing on ice.This is when we go out to eat a lot.Although we do get along,I ask him to stop nicely and will do.Then he is back at it again seeing it will drive me nuts.I put up with it.What can I do and his 18 year old son got it from him?.This a pet peeve of mine.

I will suggest you have a talk with him regarding this issue. Obviously, his habit of chewing ice drives you nut but he wouldn't know how far it drives you nut except you talk to him about it. However, make your discussion with him a polite one.

My suggestion will be for you to add a bitter substance in his ice, so that the ice taste bitter whenever he chew it.

Do this several times, and he will soon hate chewing on ice.

I don't mean to be spiritual here, but this is something that will change his situation of chewing ice. The one thing you must do now is PRAYER, seriously you need to pray for him. He needs a miracle to get out of this habit.
